SPE Motorsport 6.7L Powerstroke CCV Reroute Kit

The SPE Motorsport CCV Reroute Kit is designed to prevent oil vapor and droplets from being reintroduced into the intake system, helping reduce oil deposits, intake buildup, and component contamination on 2011–2024 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke engines.

How It Works

As engine oil reaches operating temperature, moisture and crankcase gases are produced inside the engine. The factory crankcase ventilation (CCV) system allows these gases to escape while routing oil vapor back into the intake system as part of the factory closed-loop design.

Over time, recirculated oil vapor can contribute to intake sludge, oil buildup, and component contamination. The SPE Motorsport CCV Reroute Kit redirects crankcase pressure using a venturi-style design that eliminates the need for a restrictive baffle.

The base of the fitting is engineered to catch oil before it reaches the hose, resulting in virtually no oil loss while maintaining unrestricted crankcase flow. The included 3/4" reinforced silicone hose routes cleanly over the brake booster and avoids the tight bends commonly found in other CCV reroute kits.
