S&S Diesel Fuel Leak Prevention Kit Plus 6.7F17-LPK-PLUS

The S&S Diesel Motorsport Fuel Leak Prevention Kit Plus is a complete fuel filtration upgrade and refresh kit for Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke. It replaces failure-prone factory plastic components while maintaining excellent filtration performance and increasing dirt-holding capacity.

Repeated engine heat cycles can weaken the factory plastic engine-mounted fuel filter housing and injector return fitting, creating two potential fuel leak points. S&S addresses both concerns with a durable billet aluminum engine-mounted filter housing and an aluminum injector return fitting.

The S&S system replaces the factory filter cup with a two-post mount and a larger Donaldson spin-on filter. This filter delivers 4-micron absolute filtration at 99% efficiency and offers nearly twice the dirt-holding capacity of the factory engine-mounted filter.

The PLUS version includes everything found in the standard Fuel Leak Prevention Kit and adds a Donaldson chassis-mounted fuel filter, providing a complete two-filter fuel filtration upgrade and refresh.

This kit is an excellent upgrade for a stock fuel system and is also a great complement to an S&S Disaster Prevention Kit or DCR Pump Conversion.
